Welcome to Trade Master CRM ("Service"), a cloud-based customer relationship management platform designed for HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical contractors, operated by ACVOLT Tech School Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ACVOLT Tech School Inc., a corporation operating under the laws of the State of California, United States.
2. Description of Service
Trade Master CRM provides:
- Customer and client management
- Work order and job scheduling
- GPS dispatch and technician tracking
- Invoicing and payment processing
- Employee and HR management
- Reporting and analytics
- Mobile application access
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" for business use by licensed contractors and their authorized employees.
3. Eligibility
To use Trade Master CRM, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Be a legitimate business entity or authorized representative
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Account Creation
You must register for an account to access the Service. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as needed
- Keep your password confidential and secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4.2 Account Types
- Company Owner Account: Full administrative access
- Team User Account: Limited access as defined by Company Owner
- Technician Account: Field access for assigned tasks
5. Subscription Plans and Payment
5.1 Pricing Plans

Client Limits: When you reach your plan's client limit, you will be prompted to upgrade to continue adding clients. No data will be lost - you simply need to upgrade to add more clients.
5.2 Payment Terms
- All fees are in U.S. Dollars (USD)
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payment is due upon invoice date
- We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice
5.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date, your payment method fails, or we terminate your account.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
6.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support at [email protected] or using the account settings in the application.
6.2 Refunds
- Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
- Annual Subscriptions: Pro-rata refund for unused months upon request
- Billing Errors: Full refund for documented billing errors within 30 days
7. Acceptable Use Policy
7.1 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
8. Intellectual Property
Trade Master CRM, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and content, is owned by ACVOLT Tech School Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
9. Data Privacy and Security

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration in San Bernardino County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
12.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES INDIVIDUALLY AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS OR CLASS ARBITRATIONS.

4. Registro de Cuenta y Seguridad

Límites de Clientes: Cuando alcance el límite de clientes de su plan, se le pedirá que actualice para continuar agregando clientes. No se perderán datos - simplemente necesita actualizar para agregar más clientes.
5.2 Términos de Pago
- Todas las tarifas son en Dólares Estadounidenses (USD)
- Las suscripciones se facturan mensualmente por adelantado
- El pago vence en la fecha de factura
- Aceptamos tarjetas de crédito principales y transferencias ACH

6. Política de Reembolso y Cancelación
6.1 Cancelación

7.1 Actividades Prohibidas
Usted acepta NO:

- Transmitir malware, virus o código dañino
- Intentar obtener acceso no autorizado a sistemas

8. Propiedad Intelectual
Trade Master CRM, incluyendo su software, diseño, logotipos, marcas comerciales y contenido, es propiedad de ACVOLT Tech School Inc. y está protegido por leyes de propiedad intelectual.
9. Privacidad y Seguridad de Datos
Nuestra recopilación y uso de información personal se rige por nuestra Política de Privacidad. Implementamos medidas de seguridad estándar de la industria incluyendo encriptación SSL/TLS y almacenamiento de base de datos encriptado.

EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY, NUESTRA RESPONSABILIDAD TOTAL POR CUALQUIER RECLAMACIÓN QUE SURJA DE O ESTÉ RELACIONADA CON ESTOS TÉRMINOS O EL SERVICIO NO EXCEDERÁ LA CANTIDAD QUE NOS PAGÓ EN LOS DOCE (12) MESES ANTERIORES A LA RECLAMACIÓN.
12. Resolución de Disputas
12.1 Ley Aplicable
Estos Términos se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes del Estado de California.
12.2 Acuerdo de Arbitraje
Cualquier disputa no resuelta informalmente se resolverá mediante arbitraje vinculante en el Condado de San Bernardino, California.
12.3 Renuncia a Acción de Clase
USTED ACEPTA RESOLVER DISPUTAS INDIVIDUALMENTE Y RENUNCIA A CUALQUIER DERECHO DE PARTICIPAR EN ACCIONES DE CLASE.
